How does billing per active traveler work?

You only pay for employees who made at least one booking or expense report in the month. Inactive accounts aren't charged, so cost tracks your real operation.

What's the difference between monthly and annual plans?

On the annual plan, the price per active traveler drops about 20% and the contract is billed once a year. On the monthly plan you have full flexibility to scale up, scale down or cancel anytime.

Is there an implementation fee?

There's no implementation fee on the Start and Business plans. On Enterprise, assisted onboarding, data migrations and custom integrations are quoted based on scope.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The 14-day free trial gives full access to the Business plan, no credit card and no commitment.

Are ticket issuance fees included?

The subscription covers platform usage. Issuances, rebookings and agency services follow the terms agreed with your consolidator or our service team.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, upgrades are immediate and prorated. Downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle, with no penalty.

What payment methods are accepted?

Bank slip (boleto), PIX, corporate credit card and invoiced billing for annual contracts.
